About The Position

As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required

• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage
• Estimate vehicle repair costs
• Negotiate equitable settlements
• Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers
• Consult with involved parties
• Review insurance contracts
• Write estimates
• Manage rental cars
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
