About The Position

GEICO is seeking talented Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in Oakland, CA. This is not a remote role and requires the individual to work within the specified territory. As an experienced Adjuster, candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months of auto damage experience and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while efficiently and accurately settling claims. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex claims by leveraging their technical expertise and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
• Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to promptly and accurately settle claims.
• Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines).
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Effective attention to detail.
• Decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
