Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)
About The Position
GEICO is seeking experienced Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in San Fernando Valley, CA. This role involves settling claims promptly and accurately, utilizing technical and industry knowledge to handle complex claims, and delivering excellent customer service. While the primary work location is San Fernando Valley, CA, the position may require flexibility for remote/field/in-office work within the territory. This is not a remote role, and candidates must be able to work in the listed territory. Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines).
- Solid computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Effective attention to detail.
- Decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
