About The Position

GEICO is seeking experienced Auto Damage Adjusters to join their team in Houston, TX. This role is not remote and requires the candidate to work in the specified territory. As an experienced Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling complex claims using your technical and industry knowledge, delivering excellent customer service, and promptly and accurately settling claims. GEICO is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and is one of the largest auto insurers in the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required.
• Valid driver’s license (must meet company underwriting guidelines).
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
