About The Position
McCandless Ford Collision Center is seeking a Collision Center Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping repairs moving efficiently, communicating effectively, and possessing a strong understanding of OEM procedures. This role involves writing accurate estimates, blueprinting with technicians, ordering parts, submitting supplements, updating customers daily, working with insurance partners, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Requirements
- PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License
- Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
- Strong organization & communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
