About The Position

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per month in the Liberty Lake office, with additional in-person training requirements for the first 6 months. As a licensed claims adjuster, you will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces. This role requires strong organizational skills, expert time management, and a passion for problem-solving and helping others. Your primary function will involve speaking with and engaging customers who have recently been in an auto accident and require assistance, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. You would be a great fit if you are an empathetic service professional who skillfully uses customer centricity and problem-solving skills to assure customers. You will represent the Liberty brand and deliver on our promises. You are a reliable teammate who adapts well to different environments, schedules, and customer needs. Requirements

  • Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
  • General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the Liberty Lake office.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
