Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time, following blueprints.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean and precise work.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Complete quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish for final touches.
  • Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, prioritizing tidiness and safety.
