Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Proficiency in frame pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Ability to work independently and follow repair blueprints accurately.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring all bolts are tightened and welds are perfected.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Execute quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Collaborate effectively with team members, including painters and estimators.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
