Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Physically fit for the job, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to move vehicles through the repair process.
Maintain a clean and safe work location.
