Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- Commitment to blueprinting repairs and fixing them right the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high-quality finishes.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, including painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
