Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • A commitment to quality and fixing repairs correctly the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and final touches for a perfect fit and finish.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
