Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
