Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specifications.
• Perform quality reassembly, ensuring fit and finish matter for final touches.
• Work collaboratively as a team to move vehicles through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location, prioritizing tidiness and safety.
