Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
• Ability to blueprint and perform repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work to bring damaged parts back to factory specifications.
• Perform quality reassembly, ensuring fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location.
