Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A commitment to quality and a no-shortcuts approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly and final touches for a perfect fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
