Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Commitment to a no-shortcuts mentality and performing repairs correctly the first time.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high-quality work.
Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to major structural work.
Conduct panel and structural work, restoring components to factory specifications.
Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
