Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no compromises.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, avoiding guesswork and shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for a professional appearance.
  • Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, prioritizing tidiness and safety standards.
