Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • A commitment to quality repairs and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, avoiding guesswork and shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Execute quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
