Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
- Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently move vehicles through the repair process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
