Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
  • Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently move vehicles through the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
