Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to fixing repairs right the first time.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Experience with 3M products.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
Conduct panel and structural work to bring damaged parts back to factory specifications.
Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work location.
