Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
  • Frame and structural know-how (pull, straighten, and square it up)
  • No-shortcuts mentality (Blueprint it, fix it right the first time)
  • Sharp eye for detail (committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses)
  • Physically fit for the job (can lift up to 50lbs)
  • Team-first attitude (collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs
  • Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish
  • Work as a team, fostering trust and teamwork to move cars through
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness
