Technicians are responsible for comprehensive collision repair, from minor fender benders to complex frame rebuilds, ensuring precise repairs, structural integrity, and high-quality reassembly to meet factory specifications.

Requirements

At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Ability to pull, straighten, and square up frames and structural components.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts and perfected welds.
Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Handle panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specs.
Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
