Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
• A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A team-first attitude, with the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean and precise work.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specifications.
• Complete quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for final touches.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient vehicle throughput.
• Maintain a clean and safe work location, adhering to safety and tidiness standards.
