Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of broad body shop experience required.
High attention to detail.
Quick and highly efficient yet able to maintain high quality standards.
Must have your own set of tools and be willing to continue to build your inventory of tools over time.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Continued training for iCar & ASE

Nice To Haves

The Ideal candidate really loves doing tear downs and reassemblies.
We would like someone to specialize in this area and be capable of handling a high volume of both each day.
Your personality has to one that sees this as a challenge and something you look forward to.
We will still organize things in a way where you’ll be able to get some experience in all parts of the body work process on an ongoing basis so you can keep your skills sharp (if desired).

Responsibilities

Primary tech for all teardowns, damage analysis & repair estimates–working closet with the estimator.
Use the frame rack and measuring system to check for frame damage.
Use frame rack & associated pullers to repair damaged frames.
Removal & replacement of parts as needed to fix and repair body damage.
Fixing non structural damage-dent or cosmetic repairs
Plastic repair / welding
