Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural work (pulling, straightening, squaring up).
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with the team to move cars through the repair process efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work location.
