Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing repairs correctly the first time.
• A sharp eye for detail, with a commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high standards.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A team-first attitude, with the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean and precise work.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specifications.
• Execute quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish to ensure final touches make a difference.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to efficiently move vehicles through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, prioritizing work location safety and tidiness.
