Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A no-shortcuts mentality; ability to blueprint and fix correctly the first time.
Sharp eye for detail, commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
