Requirements

  • 5+ years of collision repair experience.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, OEM repair procedures, and collision repair techniques.
  • Welding proficiency (MIG/steel and squeeze-type resistance welding); aluminum experience a plus.
  • Experience with frame machines and three-dimensional measuring systems.
  • Your own tools appropriate to the trade.
  • A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; high school diploma or equivalent.

  • I-CAR training and welding certifications preferred — we'll invest in your continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition — safe, complete repairs you can stand behind, because we do the right thing, even when no one's watching.
  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and welding, following OEM, I-CAR repair procedures, and best industry practices
  • Work from repair plans and estimates, and communicate with Estimators when supplements or hidden damage are found — keeping repairs accurate and moving.
  • Operate Car-O-Liner frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment (MIG, squeeze-type resistance) with skill and precision.
  • Meet production targets without ever cutting corners — grit is how we keep repairs moving.
  • Coordinate with paint, parts, and detail teams to keep workflow efficient from disassembly through final delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and take care of the equipment and people around you.
