Requirements
- At least two years of experience in collision repair.
- Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- A no-shortcuts mentality, focusing on fixing it right the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, including tightened bolts and perfected welds.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with modern equipment.
- Experience with 3M products.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
- Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
- Perform quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work location.
