Requirements

  • At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
  • Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring
  • A no-shortcuts mentality, committed to blueprinting and fixing it right the first time
  • A sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses
  • Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50lbs
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs
  • Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds
  • Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs
  • Ensure quality reassembly, where fit and finish make all the difference
  • Work as a team, fostering trust and teamwork to move cars through
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness
