About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Service Center Duncanville - North. The technician performs collision repairs, including blueprinting and executing repairs, full collision repair, panel and structural work, frame rebuilding, and quality reassembly to factory specifications. The role involves collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Requirements

• At least two years of experience performing collision repairs.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring structures.
• Commitment to blueprinting repairs and completing them correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, including tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with coworkers.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR certification.
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and vehicle structures to factory specifications.
