Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame pulling, straightening, and squaring.
A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
Strong attention to detail, including tightened bolts and perfected welds.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Complete quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
