Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in collision repair.
  • Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail (tightened bolts, perfected welds).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR certifications.
  • ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
