About The Position

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive collision repairs, from minor fender benders to complex frame rebuilds, utilizing modern equipment and industry-leading techniques. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair, specifically turning damaged vehicles into road-ready condition.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including the ability to pull, straighten, and square vehicle frames.
  • A mentality that prioritizes fixing things correctly the first time, following blueprints.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high-quality work.
  • Physical fitness to perform the job, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • A team-first attitude, collaborating effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Perform full collision repair, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn components to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish to make a significant difference in the final product.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to move cars through the repair process efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work location, prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
