Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
  • Complete quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work location.
