Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A no-shortcuts mentality, focusing on first-time quality repairs.
A sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and high standards.
Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
