Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
Commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time, following blueprints.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, avoiding guesswork and shortcuts.
Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for optimal results.
Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and tidiness standards.
