Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
- Conduct panel and structural work, bringing damaged parts back to factory specifications.
- Perform quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work location.
