Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
Commitment to quality repairs and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
Execute quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
