Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame straightening and structural repair.
  • Commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time, following blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all bolts are tightened and welds are perfected.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with I-CAR or ASE certifications.
  • Familiarity with 3M products and industry-leading repair gear.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
  • Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for a professional result.
  • Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
