Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A commitment to quality repairs and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently move vehicles through the repair process.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
