Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Frame and structural repair knowledge (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- A no-shortcuts mentality; commitment to fixing it right the first time.
- Sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
- Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

- Experience with 3M products.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, including straightening, aligning, and pulling.
- Conduct panel and structural work to bring damaged parts back to factory specifications.
- Complete quality reassembly, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
