Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Experience with frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Ability to follow blueprints and perform repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts, ensuring clean, precise work.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for final touches.
• Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, prioritizing location safety and tidiness.
