Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
  • Commitment to blueprinting and fixing repairs correctly the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with the team to move cars through the repair process.
  • Maintain work location safety and tidiness.
