Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
A no-shortcuts mentality, focusing on blueprinting and first-time fixes.
A sharp eye for detail, committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and accountability.
Physically fit for the job, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A team-first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
Collaborate with team members to move vehicles through the repair process.
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
