Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- A commitment to fixing repairs correctly the first time.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, avoiding guesswork and shortcuts.
- Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly, paying attention to fit and finish for optimal results.
- Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and tidiness standards.
