Requirements
- Experience as an Auto Body Technician in a high-volume or advanced repair environment.
- Strong understanding of modern repair methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement with openness to learning emerging repair technologies.
- Red Seal certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EVs, aluminum repair, or ADAS calibration.
