Requirements

At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
Experience with frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
Ability to work according to blueprints and fix repairs correctly the first time.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
Conduct panel and structural work to bring damaged parts back to factory specifications.
Ensure quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
Collaborate with team members, including painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work location.
