This role involves blueprinting and executing repairs, performing full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, handling panel and structural work, quality reassembly, and working collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
- A commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, from minor fender benders to major frame rebuilds.
- Conduct panel and structural work, restoring damaged parts to factory specifications.
- Ensure quality reassembly and final touches for a factory finish.
- Collaborate effectively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe work location.
