Requirements
- At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
- Proficiency in frame and structural repair (pulling, straightening, squaring).
- Commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
- Perform full collision repair, including straightening and aligning.
- Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
- Complete quality reassembly, focusing on fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
